 La Voluntad de Dios 

No hemos dejado de orar por ustedes. Pedimos que Dios les haga conocer plenamente su voluntad con toda sabiduría y comprensión espiritual, para que vivan de manera digna del Señor, agradándole en todo. - Colosenses 1:9-10

Espero que no lo haya asustado el pajarito de la cabecera, quiero ponerlo mas pequeño pero no se como hacerlo. Gracias a Dios que me encantan los blue birds.

En este nuevo año debemos orar para que podamos vivir la voluntad de Dios en todo lo que hagamos. Aun viviendo en su voluntad no significa que cada día de la vida sea siempre fácil. Habrán momentos en que necesitaremos fuerza adicional para llegar a alguna meta, pero Dios es nuestra fuente de fortaleza.

Les agradezco de todo corazón, a todos los que me sieguen y leen mis entradas. Este blog es un blog para Dios, para comunicar su palabra y un sitio donde podemos compartir nuestra fe. Si eres nuevo visitando, eres bienvenido en aportar tu opinión o conocimiento de Fe, y a todos los seguidores ya fijos también. Si creen que este blog le agradaría a un familiar o amigo por favor de recomendarlo para que sigamos creciendo.

Mi mayor deseo para ustedes en este nuevo año es que viva la voluntad de Dios en sus vidas. Orar para que no se haga mi voluntad ni la tuya; si no la voluntad de Dios, la cual es que tengas vida, gozo, comprensión, amor y paz.

Les deseo un maravilloso y bendecido año en victoria con Dios,

God's Will

-We have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God. - Colossians 1: 9-10

I hope the BIG blue bird in the header does not scare you, I want to get it smaller but I don't know how to. Please be patient until I figure it out. Thank God I love the blue birds!

In this new year we should pray to live in the will of God in all that we do.  Remembering that even though we live in his will, it does not mean that every day will be always easy. There may be times when we need extra strength to reach a goal, and our God will be our source of strength.

I thank wholeheartedly all those who follow and read my entries. This blog is a blog for the God, to communicate his word and a place where we can share our faith. If you are a new visitor, you are welcome to provide your opinion or knowledge of faith, the same welcome goes to my older followers. If you think this blog would be of beneficial reading for a  family member or friend please suggest it to them, so that we may continue growing.

My biggest wish for you is to live the will of God in your lives. I pray not for that my will nor yours to be done, but God's will, which is to have life, joy, understanding, love and peace.

I know we usually have many resolutions and goals set up for the New Year, but this year I do not ask for more then to have Jesus present in my life. Since the song is in spanish, I have translated part of the lyric to english:

I do not seek an inheritance or nor to cross the Jordan river, 

I'm not after fortune and or prosperity, 

nor treasures or many blessings, 

I am not looking for more gifts, or seeking anointing. 

If you prefer all that, you can have it all, 

but it won't quench your thirst forever . 

Chorus: I prefer Christ than to have all the kingdoms of the world, they can't be compared to Christ,

I'll stay with Christ, who is the hidden treasure I've searched all this time.

NAVIDAD, CHRISTMAS

NAVIDAD

Y dio a luz, a su hijo primogénito, y lo envolvió en pañales, y lo acostó en un pesebre, porque no había lugar para ellos en el mesón. - Lucas 2:7

¡Navidad para mi es una celebracion de corazón y espíritu!



En la primera navidad, no hubo lugar para el niño Jesús en el mesón, pero en nuestros corazones debemos reservar siempre un lugar para el amor, esperanza y  la fe que el Mesías trajo al mundo en la Navidad. El desenvolvimiento de la historia de vida, amor, paz y fe de Jesús, comenzó en un día muy parecido al de hoy.

Aunque se le hace mucho énfasis a esta época, la verdadera fecha que debemos celebrar es la muerte y resurrección de nuestro Salvador, ya que por su sacrificio fuimos salvados. Las acciones y enseñanzas de Jesús deben ser nuestra razón de celebrar. Este día puede ser uno de renacimiento, el comienzo de una nueva vida, una celebración del corazón y el espíritu que continuara a través del nuevo año. Jesús ya no es el "Niño Divino", Él es Rey y reina en el cielo AHORA! Es  a un Cristo vivo al que debemos exaltar y no a un niño que no existe, no dejemos que nada ni nadie le quite la gloria al majestuoso y bondadoso acto de Cristo Jesús!  Vamos a proclamar su reino en la tierra y en nuestras hogares también!

Les deseo unas bendecidas vacaciones en unión con su familiares y amigos. Que el nuevo año esté lleno de crecimiento espiritual y con esta vengan todas las demás bendiciones,









 CHRISTMAS

And she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them. - Luke 2:7

Christmas is a celebration of the heart and spirit!

In the first Christmas, there was no place for the baby Jesus in the inn, but in our hearts we should always reserve a place for the love, hope and faith that the child of Christmas brought to the world. The development of Jesus' life, love, peace and faith, began on a day much like today.

Although much emphasis is made on celebrating in this date, the true date that we should celebrate is the death and resurrection of our Savior because through His sacrifice we were all saved. The actions and teachings of Jesus should be our reason to celebrate. This day can be one of rebirth, the beginning of a new life (ours), a celebration of the heart and spirit to continue through the new year. Jesus is not a baby anymore, he is the KING that REIGNS in Heaven NOW! He is the living Christ that we should celebrate and not the child that no longer exists, do not let anyone or anything take away from the glory of the majestic and gracious act of Jesus Christ! Let's proclaim He reigns in Earth and in our homes as well.

Los Ángeles, The Angels

Los ángeles desempeñaron un papel importante en la historia de la navidad por que fueron los mensajeros de Dios que dieron la buena noticia del nacimiento de Jesus. Como ángeles, las enseñanzas de Jesús y nuestras ideas, llenan nuestras mentes y traen la buena noticia: ¡El espíritu de Dios renace en nosotros ahora!

Cada día es un nuevo comienzo, cada momento es una nueva oportunidad de sentir la presencia de Dios en nuestras vidas. Cuando oramos, nos unimos en una silenciosa comunión del alma con Dios, y abramos nuestras mentes y corazón a las ideas divinas. Donde quiera que estemos ahora, vivimos en la presencia de Dios, como los ángeles en la biblia, debemos regocijarnos porque en su presciencia, verdaderamente estamos en tierra santa.

The Angels played an important role in the history of Christmas because they were the messengers of God who gave the good news of Jesus' birth. Like angels, the teachings of Jesus and our ideas, fill our minds and bring the good news: God's spirit is reborn in us NOW!

Every day is a new beginning, every moment is a new opportunity to feel the presence of God in our lives. When we pray, we join in a silent communion with God and open our minds and hearts to new and divine ideas. Wherever we are living now, we live in the presence of God as the angels in the Bible, we should rejoice because when we are in his presence, we are truly on holy ground.

Camino Hacia el Cielo, ¿Estamos Listos? Road to Heaven

¿Sera Nuestro Camino Hacia el Cielo? ¿Estamos Listos?

Porque ya saben que el día del Señor llegará como ladrón en la noche. Cuando estén diciendo: Paz y seguridad, vendrá de improviso sobre ellos la destrucción, como le llegan a la mujer encinta los dolores de parto. De ninguna manera podrán escapar. Ustedes, en cambio, hermanos, no están en la oscuridad para que ese día los sorprenda como un ladrón. Todos ustedes son hijos de la luz y del día. No somos de la noche ni de la oscuridad. - 1 Tesalonicenses 5: 1-5

Ayer recibe una mala noticia y fue que un amigo había muerto de una forma trágica y repentina. Después de muchos años sin saber de ese amigo, hace como dos semanas mi esposo volvió hablar con el por el teléfono, como íbamos a imaginarnos de que ese era la ultima vez que íbamos hablar con el. Luce injusto a veces como
una vida se va tan de repente. Fue cuando me puse ha pensar que este amigo era un hombre joven de aproximadamente la misma edad de mi esposo. Yo no quisiera que mi esposo se fuera así ni tampoco yo quiero irme sin antes ver mis hijas graduarse de la universidad, tener mis nietos, hacerles galletitas a ellos y también verlos crecer.

¿Pero y si llega mi momento de partir, y si yo no estoy lista o bien con Dios? Donde estoy haciendo mi camino? Yo espero que sea un camino al cielo. Desde ayer aprendí que también se debe orar para que nuestras acciones no nos desvíen del camino al cielo, si no que sean escalones para llegar al el y estar preparados siempre. - "Dios ayúdame a que mis acciones en el día de hoy sean de tu agrado, ilumina mi andar y no me dejes fallarte. Que hoy sea un día de bendiciones y de construcción para mi camino al cielo. Que si llegara el momento de partir de este mundo yo este lista y en paz, y que mis familiares estén seguro de eso y tengan conformidad y tu consolación."- Amen

Se que en estas época de fiestas estamos llenos de energía para celebrar y disfrutar de la vida pero uno nunca sabe y como cristianos debemos esta preparado para que ÉL Señor no llegue como ladrón en la noche, si no que seamos hijos de la luz. En estas fiestas celebremos el regalo de Dios que fue Jesús nuestro salvador, y amemos a nuestro familiares y perdonemos a los que nos han ofendido. Disfrutemos de la compañía de nuestro amigos y familiares y hablemos de Jesús y de la salvación en Cristo Jesús. No perdamos la oportunidad.

Is Our Road a Road to Heaven?

For you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. 3 While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. But you, brothers and sisters, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. - 1 Thessalonians 5:1-5

I received a bad news yesterday and it was that a friend had died in a tragic way unexpectedly. After many years without seeing or talking to this friend, two weeks ago my husband talked to him over the phone, who would have imagined that this was the last time we would talk to him. It seems unfair when someone departs from this life so sudden. I started thinking that this friend was a young man, almost the same age of my husband. I would not want my husband to leave that way nor I want to go without seeing my children graduate from college, have my grandchildren, bake them cookies and also watch them grow.

But what if it's my time to leave is up, what happens if I'm not ready, or right with God? Where to am I making my road? I hope it is a way to heaven. Since yesterday I learned that you must also pray so that our actions will not divert us from the road to heaven, but to bring us closer to him - "Dear God I need your help in making the right choices and actions today, that they may be appropriate to your teachings and not to let you down. That today may be a day of blessings and of addition to the construction of my road to Heaven. That if my time came for me to leave this world that I may be ready and at peace, and that my family may be sure of that and have your consolation. "- Amen

We are currently in holiday mode, full of energy to celebrate and enjoy life, but it is never to early to be prepared to receive the Lord. As Christians we should be ready so that the Lord does not come as a thief in the night, but that we may receive him as children of light. May we celebrate the gift of God, Jesus, who is our savior. Let's love our family and forgive those who have offended us. Let's enjoy the company of our friends and family and talk to them about Jesus and the salvation in Christ. Do not miss this opportunity.

Prosperidad, Prosperity

Prosperidad

Más bien, busquen primeramente el reino de Dios y su justicia, y todas estas cosas les serán añadidas. Mateo 6:33

¿Conoces ese sentimiento cuando le das un regalo a alguien que amas? Esa alegría en tu corazón es un
sentimiento maravilloso. Sin embargo no se compara  con la alegría del Espíritu que es evidente al dar vida, forma y ayuda a toda creación. Teniendo presente el gozo que recibimos al dar, podemos comprender que el buen placer de Dios es darte el reino de prosperidad, vida eterna y abundancia. 

Dios está listo para bendecirte con eso y aún más.  Amor incondicional, vida eterna, paz mental, son solamente algunos de los dones de Dios para ti y Dios te mostrara como usarlos sabiamente , de modo que recibas bendiciones de una manera que nunca imaginaste posible. Cuando andas en fe y obedeces las enseñanzas de Dios, el te bendice grandemente y entra a tu vida la prosperidad en todo los aspectos. ¿Estas listo para recibir tu regalo? ¿Está de acuerdo de que la alegría de Dios es darnos todas estas cosas?

Prosperity

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33

You know that feeling when you give someone you love something? That joy in your heart is a wonderful feeling, but it does not compare with the joy of the Holy Spirit that is evident in giving life, forming and assisting all creation. Bearing in mind that joy we receive by giving, we can understand that God's pleasure is in giving us  the kingdom of prosperity, abundance and eternal life.

God is ready to bless you with that and more. Unconditional love, eternal life, peace of mind, are just some of the gifts of God for you and He will show you how to use them wisely, so that you receive blessings in a way you never imagined possible before. When we walk in faith and obey God's teachings  He will bless us greatly and in our life there will be prosperity in all aspects. Are you ready to receive your gifts? Do you agree that God's joy  is in giving you all these things?
