I have a favorite cornbread recipe that I have been using for years. It is so easy to make and many of my recipe blog readers have done it and love it. This year I did it as muffins for our Thanksgiving dinner and they came out perfect. Try making these on your next family gathering. They go well with chili con carne, baked or barbeque chicken, turkey and gravy, or simple alone. Enjoy!
