Piensen en Todo Esto, Meditate on These Things

Cuando vi esta foto que tomó mí hija, me acordé de este versículo bíblico: Filipenses 4:8 ~ Por lo demás, hermanos, piensen en todo lo que es verdadero, en todo lo honesto, en todo lo justo, en todo lo puro, en todo lo amable, en todo lo que es digno de alabanza; si hay en ello alguna virtud, si hay algo que admirar, piensen en ello. 

Debemos mantenernos pensando en lo verdadero, en lo justo, en lo amable y en la cosas admirables. Si hay algún pensamiento impuro, de mala fe, de celos o envidia en nosotros, esto nos daña desde adentro formando huecos en nuestro interior que con el tiempo nos puede volver seres vacíos y sin sentimientos. En todo caso es mejor dar el beneficio de la duda, debemos pensar en las cosas buenas de los demás en vez de juzgar. Si no tenemos nada bonito que decir, mejor es no decir nada. Busquemos las cosas dignas de admirar y lo positivo en todo, siendo siempre amables. Verán que con el tiempo seremos frutos bendecidos y no hojas secas llenas de huecos.

When I saw this photo my daughter took of a leaf, I was immediately reminded of the following Bible verse: Philippians 4:8 ~ Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. 

We must keep our mind focused on true, fair, kind and wonderful things. If there is an impure thought, jealousy or envy in our mind or hearts, it will hurt us from within forming holes inside us that will eventually turn us into empty beings without feelings. In any case it is better to give the benefit of the doubt, think about the good things in others instead of judging. If you have nothing nice to say, it is best to not say a thing. Let's find the things worthy of admiration and the positive in everything. Be friendly always. You will see that over time we will be blessed fruits instead of dull leaves full of holes.
